Deal or No Deal

Thursday's thought where questions initiate a thought process.

Do you know when to say deal or when not to take the deal while on one of your shopping sprees?

Well, when I saw this STAR at "Always Home" (antique/thrift store),  I knew immediately to take the deal as it was an eye catcher as I entered the store.  I purchased it asap.

Right size, right price , right color...

Another thrift purchase....priced right at $17.50 and I took the deal.  This set needs a little TLC and let the entertaining begin!

Thrift find from
"Everything but Grannies Panties".
(antique and thrift store)

It appears while thrifting, I am on two game shows..  Deal or No Deal & The Price is Right.

Enjoy your finds!

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Spring

Hello Spring and Goodbye Winter,

Yesterday, we had a typical spring day. It's not officially spring based on the calendar but with 70 degree temps, lots of sunshine, flowers bursting with blooms and the earth releasing plants, in my mind it was spring.

Enjoy a portion of my day!

Absolutely gorgeous!

Breathe taking

  A beautiful day in Carolina.

Take another look...

Styling With The Odds

Welcome to MiMi's Houz

Thursday's Thought where questions initiate a thought process.

Do you find it's easier to count by even numbers than odd numbers? Well, its as easy as 1,2,3.

But when you are accessorizing with the odd numbers, it's as easy as 1,3,5.  You don't need the even numbers when creating a grouping.

The accessory for this table is in proportion to the table size with a visual statement.  How inviting.
Have a great Thursday.

Addicted To Being Polite

Are you enjoying Thursday's Thought where questions  initiate a thought process?

“Politeness of the mind is to have delicate thoughts”
Fran├žois de la Rochefoucauld quote

Which phrase (s) is part of your daily vocabulary?

  • Thank you
  • Bless you
  • Pardon me
  • Love you
  • Excuse me
  • Please
  • Job well done
  • You're welcome
  • May I help you?
We all deserve a kind word. There is no charge to "Being Kind/Polite To One Another".

My interaction with others via email contains a positive tag line.

How do you dispatch words of kindness?

Love It, Display It

I am a lover of Word Artwork

My favorite .... "Family and Friends Gather Here" which describes the atmosphere in my home.  It is displayed in my kitchen which is very noticeable to all who enter and becomes a conversational piece.  Unable to share a photo.
There are so many on the market to choose from.
We are a "family".

Just a reminder.
