As someone that loves a new look and pretty things, I am cognizant that pretty things come with a price.
But ,
there are days that I dream and dream of a new look for my guest bedroom. The furniture is in good condition but now that the kids have moved out, I welcome new furnishings for this room.I am trying to keep this redesign as a dream, but there is this little voice saying, "there is no harm in just looking".
So
I started my search to see what's eye catching and what may capture my heart.Bedrooms with a tall tufted headboard kept popping up. I was immediately inspired by the height, the size and styles of fabric. There are so many factors to consider for such unique headboard but I was in love at sight... how fast can you size up a piece of furniture?
Remember,
there is no cost if I am dreaming, as long as it remains a dream!
OK,
it's time to step inside my dream bedrooms with the highlight being the headboard. Ready?
focal point
stunning
endless personality
statement piece
show-stopping
Pleasant dreams and

Nice looks in those rooms.. It is a very clean and desired look.
ReplyDeleteI've always wished I had a large bedroom so I could make it beautiful and cozy. I love going in there to curl up with a book. Someday...
ReplyDeleteI honestly think the headboard is the key feature of a bed. I have always wanted a fabric headboard. Some day...I will get one!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous pictures. I have been working on ideas for redoing our bedroom.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous pieces. We actually made our own head piece similar to these (so it is doable!), Go for your dreams and re-do that guest room!
ReplyDeleteI love the first picture with the buttons/pushed in parts, and the one that is similar but with the dark brown. I really do need to finally get a decent looking headboard since we broke the canopy bed I've had for years. @_@
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures!! Love your bedroom pictures.. I like the way you have decorated the headboards that brightens up you bedrooms..
ReplyDeleteYep I could use any of those ideas to create a relaxing mastersuite! One day!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these...but for our Master, not our Guest Room LOL
ReplyDeleteYes dreaming is free of money, but it might cost you your contentment ;)
ReplyDeleteI love those pictures. They put my bedroom to shame. Someday I will remodel, though, and have my dream bedroom!
ReplyDeleteLike all the pictures and ideas. If I could only keep my room so clean.
ReplyDeleteThese are so gorgeous! I would love to have those types of decorations!
ReplyDeleteThe one with red birds and animals is amazing! Maybe a bit too loud to like it for long. But amazing still.
ReplyDeleteI am so with you about the headboards making a big difference in a room. I really want a headboard like the drama headboard you have listed above.
ReplyDeleteAll of them are just beautiful!! Hmm.... yeah, I agree with "theroadtodomestication" up above... I think I'd put it in the Master bedroom too. If you put it in the guest room, they might not want to ever leave. LOL....
ReplyDeleteI like all of them, but my favorite one is the Drama, it says it all, I wold love to start some drama with the hubby in that lol

ReplyDeleteI want a beautiful headboard like those. Those are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI would love Showstopping the best but really anything is better than what I have. It definitely does its purpose though.
ReplyDeleteMan, are those gorgeous or what? We inherited our bed and although I like it I don't love it. If I had my way I would definitely have something like this.
ReplyDeleteYou made me realize how severely outdated my bedroom furniture is. Those are gorgeous headboard styles!
ReplyDeleteI'm equally drawn to drama and showstopping. It is always fun to dream a little!
ReplyDeleteWe are currently redesigning our bedroom. Those are some gorgeous beds you have featured!
ReplyDeleteWhile they aren't my style, they are gorgeous! One day maybe I'll have a beautiful bedroom. ;)
ReplyDeleteSometimes dreams can become a reality with patience. You're right though, everything comes with a price, no matter how big or small each piece is. We went through it just with my son's bedroom and we only moved a few things around, added a couple of things, and painted and it turned out to be a whole lot more money than we expected. :(
ReplyDeleteI love the all white bedroom with multiple throw pillows... It is inviting and very clean looking and reminds me of a spa getaway.... I love beautiful bedrooms too.
